Each diffuser is shipped with a plastic stopper to avoid leaking during shipment. Unscrew the cap, remove the stopper, replace cap, and flip upside down to saturate wooden lid (don’t worry - it won’t drip if the cap is screwed back on). Place below nose-level for the strongest scent. Can’t smell it anymore? No worries! As long as there’s liquid in the vial, you can flip it upside-down to refresh your wooden cap to keep your car smelling it’s best!
